President Trump's Denaturalization Policy Is Great for America

Everyone seems to be getting the vapors over the Trump administration’s new, aggressive scrutiny of those people who have become U.S. citizens through the naturalization process, but for me, it’s simply a heightened awareness that far too many new “immigrants” – legal and illegal – have used our freedoms, laws and system to take advantage of any weak link they could find, and it’s far past time to bring the gravy train to a halt, to bring the deceptions and subversion to a halt. Pam Bondi’s Department of Justice is doing exactly what several past administrations failed to do, and no one can find any real fault in her orders or those of President Trump’s in this regard, unless of course they are already in the camp of the damned anti-American Democrat Party communists.

When we look at the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who were given temporary protected status under Biden, along with all those who were granted green cards, we readily find that the vast majority are anything but the sort of desirable immigrant any good and decent American would truly wish to be a part of our society and our nation. Biden imported some of the most vile people imaginable, and now the Trump administration is cleaning up afterwards, the best way they can, and if that means denaturalizing a few hundred thousand or a few million, who we can say without a shadow of a doubt have ill will towards America and Her people, then I say have at it, Godspeed and how can I help. ~ JOS

There is a lot of gnashing of teeth, political hysteria and hyperbole coming from many so-called defenders of liberty over the Trump administration's aggressive legal actions to remove undesirable immigrants who have obtained naturalization through deceptions and lies and illegal alien invaders who successfully leveraged the "progressive" Democrat communists' Open Border Policy to receive a temporary protected legal status, while they went about their business of engaging in criminal activities and basically subverting and disrupting our society, by way of protests, riots, assaults, murders, drug smuggling, arsons and looting. These people would defend the enemies-from-within, as they assert that their naturalization papers are somehow sacrosanct and irrevocable, when nothing could be further from the truth.

President Donald J. Trump is a thousand percent on the right side of this issue, as he has commanded his administration to start denaturalizing citizens who are proving themselves to be enemies of America, not only by way of their words but in their deeds too. And there is both historical and legal precedent for President Trump's actions.

On June 11th 2025, Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate released a memo to "All Civil Division Employees" at the Department of Justice, that specifically outlined the manner in which existing law would be utilized to implement and follow several executive orders that were issued by President Trump on his first full day in office. In part, the memo notes: CIV Enforcement Memo

"Moreover, Attorney General Bondi has directed the Civil Division to 'identify state and local laws, policies, and practices that facilitate violations of federal immigration laws or impede lawful federal immigration operations' and 'take legal action to challenge such laws, policies, or practices', where appropriate. ... Consistent with this directive, the Civil Division shall prioritize affirmative litigation to invalidate any State or local laws preempted by Federal law.

"The Department of Justice may institute civil proceedings to revoke a person's United States citizenship if an individual either 'illegally procured' naturalization of procured naturalization by 'concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation'. 8 U.S.C. 1451 (a). The benefits of civil denaturalization include the government's ability to revoke the citizenship of individuals who engaged in the commission of war crimes, extrajudicial killings, or other serious human rights abuses; to remove naturalized criminals, gang member, or, indeed, any individuals convicted of crimes who pose an ongoing threat to the United States; and to prevent convicted terrorists from returning to U.S. soil or traveling internationally on a U.S. passport. At a fundamental level, it also supports the overall integrity of the naturalization program by ensuring that those who unlawfully procured citizenship, including those who obtained it through fraud or concealment of material information, do not maintain the benefits of the unlawful procurement. ...".

From the text of 8 USC 1451 Section (a), 'Revocation of Naturalization', it reads:

"It shall be the duty of the United States attorneys for the respective districts, upon affidavit showing good cause therefor, to institute proceedings in any district court of the United States in the judicial district in which the naturalized citizen may reside at the time of bringing suit, for the purpose of revoking and setting aside the order admitting such person to citizenship and canceling the certificate of naturalization on the ground that such order and certificate of naturalization were illegally procured or were procured by concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation, and such revocation and setting aside of the order admitting such person to citizenship and such canceling of certificate of naturalization shall be effective as of the original date of the order and certificate, respectively ...".

Under the aforementioned law, there are hundreds of thousands, if not a few million so-called "naturalized citizens" who are no more American in their heart, conscience and desire than Daniel Ortega, communist president of Nicaragua, or Vladimir Putin, and they should immediately be rewarded for their numerous instances of subversion, sedition, espionage and treason with immediate revocation of their citizenship and removal from our country. A few high profile individuals who absolutely have earned denaturalization, the revocation of any legal status and immediate removal are Representative Ilhan Omar, who acts as an agent for Somalia from the halls of Congress, Mahmoud Khalil, the rabble-rousing, terrorist-supporting anti-American pro-Hamas graduate of Columbia University and MS13 gang member, Abrego Garcia, who was caught and released while smuggling illegal aliens across the country.

And no one should forget NYC's mayoral candidate, Zohran Kwame Mamdani, who protests he isn't a Marxist communist but espouse several tenets of Marxism with every other breath and holds membership in the Democratic Socialist Party, a thinly veiled communist organization through and through. He has deep sympathies for Islamic terrorists, noted in many past speeches, and he founded a chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine at Bowdoin College in Maine, which he attended, an organization deeply tied to American Muslims for Palestine and Hamas -- an organization that has repeatedly called for the eradication of America. Mamdani is a perfect example of someone who must be denaturalized and removed from the country.

President Trump has suggested Mamdani should be given a hard look by the Justice Department, while Representative Andy Ogles (R-TN) went so far as to write Attorney General Pam Bondi a letter on June 26th 2025, asking for Mamdani's citizenship to be revoked and his deportation.

On June 2nd 2025, Vickie Paladino, a Republican NYC councilwoman, suggested that it would be "insane" for voters to elect someone who has only been a citizen for seven years, "much less a radical leftist who actually hates everything about the country and is here specifically to undermine everything we've ever been about" -- "Deport", she emphatically concluded.

Please understand that the Communist Control Act of 1954 is still the law of the land, if too infrequently enforced. In theory, it criminalizes the advancement and facilitation of communism across America and any rise of a communist to high office, the very things that Mamdani currently espouses for New York City, and in fact America; but with every U.S. institution infiltrated by communists since that era to the present and the continued rise of the Democrat Party Communists over the decades, it has barely, if ever, been used. And in fact, one must wonder whether or not the American people at large have the political will any longer to demand it be enforced aggressively.

In between the time the Naturalization Act of 1906 passed and 1967, over 22,000 individuals had their citizenship revoked through denaturalization. During President Trump's first term, 94 such cases were pursued. And yes, even Traitor Joe utilized this law during his communist regime, as his minions pursued 64 such cases. So, as anyone can see, this mechanism for ridding the nation of undesirables didn't just jump up from some tyrannical desire secretly held by President Trump, as so many Democrat Party Communists are now wont to scream to the high heavens.

These are simply mechanisms to cull out the bad actors from society quickly, before they get too comfortable and too entrenched in their communities; some may say these can be used to strip natural born American citizens of their citizenship too, but they would be in error, since laws exist to deal with such Americans if and when they should ever seek to overthrow the government or commit treason against the United States of America. They were never intended to be wielded as political weapons against all political opponents, regardless of party, but they were intended to stop very real anti-Americans from creating chaos and bringing harm to America while professing to be a citizen in good standing.

In a case from 2013, Maslenjak vs. United States, a unanimous decision by the Supreme Court vacated the conviction of Divina Maslenjak for giving a false statement that they decided should not have resulted in denaturalization. The Court remanded the case back to the District Court, after which Justice Elena Kagan, resolved a circuit split on the issue, as she wrote:

"We hold that the Government must establish that an illegal act by the defendant played some role in her acquisition of citizenship. When the illegal act is a false statement, that means demonstrating that the defendant lied about facts that would have mattered to an immigration official, because they would have justified denying naturalization or would predictably led to other facts warranting that result."

And despite what the Democrat Party Communists may profess, U.S. citizenship for new immigrants -- especially illegal aliens -- is not a right, but rather a process defined by law and policy acquired by way of naturalization and meeting specific legal criteria. It requires passing a background check, which of late has been non-existent under the Biden regime, which allowed Abrego Garcia to remain in country; and it also requires a five year period of good behavior and that each candidate for citizenship take an oath of allegiance, which far too many simply utter with ulterior motives and hate for America in their heart simply to gain entry for their own purposes and agenda.

Ironically, it was President Barack Obama who facilitated Operation Janus through his Homeland Security Department in 2010, which is a program designed to mine data including fingerprint records in order to identify people who obtained U.S. citizenship through false pretenses.

Of the approximate 25 million people in America who have completed the legal steps to become U.S. citizens, the reality is that all those -- who are pure of heart and intentions and came here telling the honest to God truth on their applications with the desire to be good, honest law-abiding patriotic Americans -- really have nothing to fear from the Trump administration's aggressive policy for the denaturalization of those undesirable elements among them. But the times and the dangers presented, by so many evil, devious and treacherous enemies-from-within among their ranks, do make denaturalization and deportations righteous and legal tools to cleanse our society of the very people who are abusing it and working to subvert and destroy our culture, traditions and traditional way of life, and President Trump and his Department of Justice are to be applauded and praised for these actions taken to rid America of the worst of the worst.

America has enough of Her own homegrown criminal communists and islamofascists, without letting an untold number of naturalized anti-Americans to reside here and continue their dastardly work to bring Her down and ultimately destroy Her.

Ultimately, President Trump will be shown to have been on the right side of history in regard to the denaturalization of the dregs and destroyers of the world who showed up here, never deserving the beauties and wonders America has to offer, never deserving Her grace or the kindness and love of Her good and decent citizens who have always held Her close to their heart and loved Her so tenderly.
